2000 - 2005: Development Director, Xavier High School, Middletown, Connecticut. Achieved income records while staying below expense budgets five consecutive years. Responsible for all aspects of fund raising, accountability and reporting. Raised $1.8 million in endowments, gifts and grants.

1998 - 2000: School Director and senior manager for a Direct Instruction charter school in Littleton, Colorado. Implemented teacher training and supervision, student supervision, Positive Discipline, Direct Instruction, Core Knowledge, Proximity Management, business management and operations, governing board relations, community relations, accountability. Exceeded national norms on all standardized tests.

1996 - 1998: School Director and Accelerated Reading/Writing/Study Skills teacher and teacher trainer, Accelerated Schools, Denver, Colorado. Responsible for hundreds of students averaging a 1.2 year-gain in reading ability during a 25 hour developmental program.

1990 - 1996: Director of Marketing, Senior Manager, Colorado Outward Bound School, Denver, Colorado. Increased participation and revenue on all courses aimed at developing leadership and outdoor skills. Responsible for all aspects of customer-service and training.
